1. About Thlunarhub

Thlunarhub ("we", "us", "our") is a financial education company operating from 62 Chiang Mai–Lamphun Road, Wat Ket, Mueang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai 50000, Thailand. We can be reached at +66 53 243 917 or [email protected].

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all individuals ("clients") who engage with Thlunarhub's educational programmes or access this website. By booking a programme, attending a session, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.

2. Nature of Service — Education Only

Thlunarhub provides financial education services only. This is a distinction we take seriously and wish to make clearly understood from the outset.

Our services do not constitute:

• Financial advice as defined under Thai law or the regulations of any other jurisdiction
• Investment advice, portfolio management, or fund advisory services
• Tax advice, legal advice, or accounting services
• Recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any financial product or instrument

Content provided during sessions is intended to build your general understanding of financial concepts, processes, and considerations relevant to your situation. Any decisions you make based on information provided during a Thlunarhub programme remain entirely your own responsibility.

We recommend consulting with a licensed financial adviser, tax professional, or legal adviser before making significant financial decisions. Thlunarhub can assist you in understanding what to ask those professionals, but we do not replace them.

3. Programmes & Fees

3.1 Available Programmes

Thlunarhub currently offers three educational programmes:

• Financial Awareness for Expats — ฿5,200 (three sessions + expat reference guide + key contact list)
• Children's Education Fund Planning — ฿7,800 (three sessions + personalised education funding roadmap)
• Comprehensive Annual Financial Review — ฿16,500 (two extended sessions + comprehensive report + updated action plan)

3.2 Programme Content

Programme descriptions on our website reflect the standard content and materials included. Thlunarhub reserves the right to adjust session content within a programme to best serve a particular client's educational needs, provided the overall scope and deliverables remain consistent with what was agreed at booking.

3.3 Additional Sessions

If a client wishes to extend beyond the sessions included in their chosen programme, additional sessions may be arranged at our standard per-session rate at the time of the request. Such arrangements are subject to educator availability and will be confirmed in writing.

3.4 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes where required. Thlunarhub reserves the right to adjust programme fees at any time; however, any change in pricing will not affect programmes already confirmed and paid for.

4. Booking & Payment

4.1 Booking Process

Bookings may be made by contacting Thlunarhub by phone, email, or via the enquiry form on this website. A programme is considered booked and confirmed once Thlunarhub has issued a written confirmation and payment has been received in full.

4.2 Payment

Full payment is required prior to the commencement of the first session unless a specific written arrangement has been agreed. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4.3 Receipt

Thlunarhub will issue a receipt upon receipt of full payment. Please retain this document for your records.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

5.1 Client Cancellations

If you need to cancel a confirmed programme, please notify us as early as possible in writing.

• Cancellations received 7 or more days before the first scheduled session: full refund, less any bank transfer fees incurred.
• Cancellations received 3–6 days before the first scheduled session: 50% refund.
• Cancellations received fewer than 3 days before the first session, or after a programme has commenced: no refund will be issued for sessions already delivered or within the cancellation notice period. Remaining undelivered sessions may be credited toward a future programme at our discretion.

5.2 Rescheduling Individual Sessions

Individual sessions within a programme may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.

5.3 Thlunarhub Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Thlunarhub needs to cancel a session, we will notify you as promptly as possible and offer either a rescheduled session at a mutually convenient time or a proportional refund. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Client Conduct

We aim to create a respectful, productive environment in all sessions. We ask that clients:

• Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions
• Engage with educators in a respectful and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information where requested to ensure the educational content is relevant to your circumstances
• Refrain from recording sessions (audio or video) without prior written consent from Thlunarhub

Thlunarhub reserves the right to decline further services to a client where conduct in sessions is deemed disrespectful or disruptive, without obligation to refund for sessions already delivered.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials produced and provided by Thlunarhub — including session notes, guides, roadmaps, reports, templates, and any other written materials — remain the intellectual property of Thlunarhub unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Clients are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials provided for their own educational and personal financial planning purposes. Materials may not be reproduced, redistributed, published, or shared with third parties without Thlunarhub's prior written consent.

All content on this website, including text, design elements, graphics, and layout, is the property of Thlunarhub and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Thlunarhub provides educational content in good faith and with reasonable care. However, given the nature of financial topics and the variability of individual circumstances, we cannot accept responsibility for outcomes arising from financial decisions made by clients, even where those decisions were informed by content covered during our programmes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Thlunarhub's total liability in connection with any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the programme to which the claim relates.

Thlunarhub is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including but not limited to: investment losses, tax liabilities, missed financial opportunities, or business interruption, arising from reliance on educational content provided during sessions or published on this website.

9. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure content is accurate and current, we cannot warrant that all information is free from error or that the site will be available without interruption.

Links to third-party websites may appear on this site. Thlunarhub does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content or practices of external sites. Following external links is done at your own discretion.

You agree not to use this website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to other users or to Thlunarhub's systems.

10. Privacy

The collection and use of personal data in connection with Thlunarhub's services and this website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Please read that document carefully.

By engaging with our services or submitting an enquiry via this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

Thlunarhub may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

For clients who have already booked a programme, any changes to these Terms will not apply to that booking unless separately agreed in writing. We encourage all visitors to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
